By leveraging the programmatic layout indicated in the call for proposals, our project is organized around a large urban plaza, with the main hall spaces serving as the entry point and the communal areas connecting the programs of Block A and Block B. Thus, we have a sequence of public spaces on the lower levels and a transition to more private spaces on the upper floors, ensuring a harmonious coexistence between the different programs and a clear organization of flows that facilitates the use of the complex.

The parking lot was arranged on two levels along the southern portion of the site, freeing up space for the plaza and the planting of a "pocket forest" that will ensure biophilic comfort, as well as serving as a barrier to western sun exposure. A reflecting pool in the form of a stream, combined with shrubby and ground cover vegetation, along with native trees and the predominance of permeable earthen paving, will guarantee a sense of well-being in this large plaza.

The main structure was designed using engineered wood, complemented by the use of lightweight metal elements for shading systems (brise-soleils and pergolas). The brise-soleils were conceived as metal frames, allowing for different "fillings" and manufacturing by small local businesses. Covered pergolas and shed-style roofs provide shading and filter the light, as seen in the main hall of Block A and the internal courtyard of the administrative towers.

The parking garage, with its metal structure and concrete slabs, ensures larger spans and greater flexibility, anchoring the corporate blocks above. These are arranged along a shaded linear courtyard, guaranteeing better environmental comfort and creating efficient corporate floors with dimensions conducive to the flexibility of "open office" layouts.

In general, the project aims to bring quality to SEBRAE's spaces by combining conventional and well-known technologies with maximizing the use of low-carbon materials, abundant vegetation, and best practices that ensure the use of passive and natural energy as a means of minimizing energy consumption and costs. In this way, the proposed ensemble reinforces SEBRAE's institutional image as a benchmark for innovation, environmental responsibility, and commitment to ecological and sustainability principles, clearly translating these values into the architecture and everyday spaces.
